Cph Lighting launches a new pendant, Peak, designed by Morten Flensted, industrial designer mDD.

Peak is an elegant and exclusive pendant in genuine materials: Turned solid oak, brass cord grip, and a textile covered silicone cord.
The softness of the wood stands in contrast to the angled design. When the two are brought together, they create an exciting and elegant whole.
In order to complete the exclusive experience, Peak is delivered including a dimmable LED bulb from one of the world’s most innovative LED suppliers, SORAA. This bulb offers exceptional light, thanks to its unique color rendering and 60 degree beam angle.
Peak is perfect above e.g. counters and dining tables, alone or in cluster, in private as well as public settings.

MORTEN FLENSTED

Morten Flensted (Born 1965 in Denmark). Lives and works in the city of Aarhus. Before graduating as an industrial designer from Kolding School of Design, Morten Flensted was trained as an electrician and electronic engineer and worked for several years as a production manager. This ballast has given him a thorough knowledge about product development and materials, and an ability to combine the intuitive and the analytical with aesthetics and functionalism.
Morten Flensted works with a number of Danish clients within the fields of industrial design (lighting, furniture, and Hi-Fi products), as well as graphic design.

Cph Lighting is a Danish lighting company located in Hjerting, a small seaside town at the Westcoast of Denmark.
The Cph Lighting collection consists of classic and modern designs by Guglielmo Berchicci, Tom Stepp, and Morten Flensted. Three individual designers who share our passion for high quality lighting.
Our lighting collection is manufactured in Denmark with the greatest attention to functionality, high quality, good design, and low energy consumption.
Our products are suitable for private homes as well as for the contract market.
